Returns
Items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase.  

Contact us at hello@primroseandprop.com to initiate a return and we will provide further instructions.  Return shipment and fees are the customer’s responsibility.  

Damages and issues
Please contact us right away at hello@primroseandprop.com if you receive a damaged or incorrect item so we can make it right.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued only to their original payment method. It can take a few days for banks and credit card company to process and post refunds.
